We can offer psychological assessment and therapy from a Clinical Psychologist to help children and young people aged 7 - 25 who are experiencing:

If you would like to be placed on our waiting list do please contact us via the website enquiry form or via email, letting us know you/your child's name, age, and a brief description of the reason for your enquiry.
Other information that is helpful to know includes whether you would like face to face or online sessions (or would be open to either) and whether there are any limitations regarding days and times you could come for sessions (please note, there tends to be a much longer wait for sessions outside of school hours).

Support for parents:

Parental involvement in their child's psychological therapy is agreed on an individual basis, and some joint or separate parent sessions are often recommended.

We can also offer evidence-based programmes for parents to learn how to help their child with their anxiety.
